Project Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant to join an exciting project within the utilities sector. The role offers a 100% remote setup, with occasional on-site visits as needed. The client is undergoing a digital transformation journey with SAP S/4HANA and requires a consultant who can support both ongoing implementations and testing phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support and configuration for the SAP PM module within an S/4HANA environment

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Asset Management, Maintenance, and Operations

• Lead and support testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution

• Assist in data migration, cut over activities, and go-live support

• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support

• Ensure alignment of PM processes with industry best practices, especially within the utilities domain

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP PM Consultant

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or roll outs

• Strong knowledge of PM processes such as maintenance notifications, work orders, task lists, and scheduling

• Prior experience in the utilities industry is highly advantageous

• Experience with testing activities including UAT and system integration testing

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Willingness to travel sporadically to client site (EU-based location preferred)

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Until End of 2025 (High possibility of extension)

• Location: Remote-first with occasional client visits
